Cape Town distiller, Amari is using Atlantic Ocean water. The botanicals include fynbos, pelargonium and tangerine. According to the brand, the use of ocean water “extracts the botanical oils from the plants much more efficiently, avoiding the stewing of botanicals and keeping their flavours bright” 

There is a large demand for organic food and other organic products. That paradigm shift has heavily influenced design. 

There is a slight contradiction for the desire for clean, minimalistic designs which is beginning to be mainstream. 

The organic trends will see more vintage designs which can help a brand achieve more of a top shelf look with classic details that provide an air of distinction and sophistication.
